Learning and practicing the Universal Principles of Alignment of Anusara® yoga allows students to move safely and with confidence. This practice is infused with spirit so plan to have fun, be challenged, and explore possibilites.
All levels and abilities of students are welcome. All the postures can be modified so almost everyone can enjoy this practice.
